Service Description

Punch and kick your stress away, and torch some serious calories, in this kickboxing class made for all fitness levels. Build up cardio endurance, strength, and power! First 15 minutes will be cardio kickboxing moves paired to music. The last 15 minutes will be floor based HIIT exercises to target the abdominals and strengthen your core. Prepare to feel the burn!
