Prep Time: 10 Min Total Time: 10 Min. Yields: 12-16 bites
Ingredients:
1 cup GF quick oats
1 cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 scoop of Juice Plus Chocolate Complete Shake Mix
2 Tbsp. flaxseeds, ground or whole
1/3 cup agave nectar or honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Put in freezer for 15 minutes to harden slightly.
Take out of freezer and form into small balls.
Enjoy! :)
*You can add chocolate chips to this recipe for more of a chocolate chip cookie type snack. *If you prefer a smoother texture, use ground flaxseed instead of whole. *Store in airtight container for up to 5 days in fridge or freezer.
