Chocolate PB Protein Bites

Prep Time: 10 Min Total Time: 10 Min. Yields: 12-16 bites


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GF quick oats

  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 scoop of Juice Plus Chocolate Complete Shake Mix

  • 2 Tbsp. flaxseeds, ground or whole

  • 1/3 cup agave nectar or honey

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Put in freezer for 15 minutes to harden slightly.

  • Take out of freezer and form into small balls.

  • Enjoy! :)

*You can add chocolate chips to this recipe for more of a chocolate chip cookie type snack. *If you prefer a smoother texture, use ground flaxseed instead of whole. *Store in airtight container for up to 5 days in fridge or freezer.
