Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
dash of cinnamon (for topping)
Directions:
For best results, put ingredients into a shaker bottle and shake for 10-15 seconds until well blended. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
*This recipe can also be made into a smoothie by adding fresh or frozen fruit and blending it in a blender for 15-20 seconds.
